You probably have some questions: What is screencasting? How do I screencast? What tools should I use?
Our team has been hard at work preparing resources for students and teachers. Hopefully we have answered all of your questions here!
A screencast is a digital recording of computer screen output, also known as a video screen capture, often containing audio narration (microphone required).
We have compared two FREE screencasting options side by side and prepared tutorials for our students and staff. Screencast-O-Matic and Screencastify are both screencasting tools. Check out the app review below to compare the two and see which works best for your video recording needs. You can easily learn how to install and use both of these programs by following the tutorials linked at the end of the app review as well.
