We are off and running! 90 Tickets have either been resolved or elevated to a higher authority!

The Pod Squad is happy to report that many students and staff are reporting their technology problems using the site.  We are trying our best to prioritize and resolve the problems as quickly as possible.  We still have 21 open, so hang in there with us!  If you get a minute, please thank our two student help desk workers, Natalie H. and Shelly S.!  We couldn’t do this without them!  The Pod Squad is making waves!
